Change of mind (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. Tell us within that period and return the goods within a further 14 days. We refund within 14 days of receiving them (or proof of return), including standard delivery cost. Return postage is at your cost.

Hygiene exemption

For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery (regulation 28(1)(e) of the 2013 Regulations). Intimate products must therefore be returned unopened, in their original sealed packaging, to be eligible for a change-of-mind refund.

Faulty or not as described

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. If an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days, and to a repair or replacement after that — including for opened items.
